PbSe纳米晶的溶剂热法制备与表征
Solvothermal Synthesis and Characterization of PbSe Nanocrystals
【摘要】 以Pb(Ac)2、Na2SeSO3分别作为铅源和硒源,自制的月桂酸硫脲咪唑啉季铵盐(SUDEI)作为表面活性剂,采用溶剂热法在醇水混合溶剂中得到不同形貌的PbSe纳米晶。通过透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对PbSe纳米晶进行了表征。探讨了制备PbSe纳米晶的最佳条件,当月桂酸硫脲咪唑啉季铵盐浓度0.05 mol.L-1,反应温度150℃,反应时间12h,可制得分散较好的粒径约50~100 nm的四方形硒化铅纳米晶。
【Abstract】 Using Pb(Ac)2 and(Na2SeSO3) as Pb source and Se source respectively,the self-made quaternary ammonium salt of 2-undecyl-1-dithioureido-ethyl-imidazoline(SUDEI) as surfactant,PbSe nanocrystals with different morphology were synthesized by a solvothermal method in the medium of ethanol and distillated water.The prepared PbSe samples were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The optimum conditions for the preparation of PbSe were also discussed.The mono-dispersed rectangular PbSe nanocrystals with diameter of 50100 nm could be obtained at 150 ℃ for 12 h in the presence of 0.05 mol·L-1 SUDEI.
