机械合金化Fe60Ni20C20合金粉末的结构和磁性能研究
Structure and Magnetic Properties of Fe60Ni20C20 Alloying Powder During Mechanical Alloying Process
【摘要】 用机械合金化方法制备出Fe60Ni20C20非晶态合金粉末,研究了不同的球磨时间(t=0h,20h,40h,80h,100h)样品的微结构和磁性能。X射线衍射分析结果表明在球磨过程中样品的结构发生了变化,当t=20h时,样品从晶态部分转化为非晶态,实现了αFe(体心立方结构)向γFe(面心立方结构)的转变,同时有新相Fe3C的生成。随着球磨时间的增加,样品的晶粒尺寸从37.17nm减少到2.69nm。振动样品磁强计研究结果表明样品在球磨初期矫顽力增加,球磨20h样品部分非晶后矫顽力持续降低,当t=100h时样品矫顽力最小,软磁性能最好,材料由硬磁性向软磁性转变。本文针对这些结果进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 In this article,Fe60Ni20C20 amorphous alloy powder is made by mechanical alloying. The structures and magnetic properties of samples with different milling times are investigated. X-ray diffraction analysis results show that the structures of samples are changed during different milling times. With part of the crystal material being changed to amorphous material, the αFe (bcc) begins to transform to γFe (fcc) structure and new phase of Fe 3 C is formed when the ball milling time is 20 h. The crystal grain sizes of samples became smaller from 37.17 nm to 2.69 nm with the extension of ball milling time. The achievements of VSM suggest that the coercive force of the samples increases at the initial period of the ball milling process and decreases after being milled ball 20 h with part of the crystal material being changed to amorphous material. The coercive force of the samples is smallest and soft magnetic properties are best when the ball milling time is 100 h. The results mentioned above are discussed in this article.
