DNA结构动力学计算机仿真算法和图形后处理
A Post-Processing Algorithm for the Dynamic Analysis of DNA Elastic Slender Structure
【摘要】 利用Kirchhoff弹性杆模型的动力学比拟技巧,建立了描述超长弹性杆曲面形成的常微分/代数方程组,将方程组表示为Hamilton方程的形式,并利用辛算法给出了曲面方程的数值解法,并给出了超长弹性杆的图形处理的计算实例。
【Abstract】 The dynamical study of a superlong elastic slender rod plays an important role in analyzing many properties of a DNA such as its stability and equilibrium. In order to provide a convenient environment for the post processing of the numerical results in studying the dynamical properties of a DNA, a differential/agebraic equation system is given in this paper to describe the surface of a super-long elastic slender rod.. A symplectic algorithm is provided to solve the equations and a practical example is given as an application of the graph post processing model.
