大豆蛋白改性PVA纤维力学性能建模研究
The Mechanical Model of Soybean Protein Fibers
【摘要】 为了了解大豆蛋白改性PVA纤维的内部结构与力学性能之间的关系、漂白和染色对力学性的影响,对大豆蛋白改性PVA纤维的拉伸性、松弛性进行了测试分析,并选择适当的模型拟合之。力学建模分析得出大豆蛋白改性PVA纤维的松弛性能符合标准线性固体模型,漂白对大豆纤维的力学性能有显著影响。而大豆纤维由于其自身的颜色———大豆色,在后加工中为了获得鲜艳的颜色需进行漂白加工,后加工中应考虑漂白对强度的损伤。
【Abstract】 In order to understand the relationship between the inner structure and the mechanical property and the effects of bleaching and dyeing on the soybean protein fibers,the tensile and relaxation properties are analyzed.The tensile and relaxation cures are fitted with a suitable model.The results show that the relaxation property of the soybean protein fibers is in accordance with the standard linear solid model and the bleaching has a remarkable effect on the mechanical property of the soybean protein fibers.In the beaching process,the strength damage of the soybean protein fibers should be considered.
