汽车ABS轮速传感器及其信号处理
The Wheel Speed Sensor in ABS and the Signal Processing
【摘要】 研究了汽车防抱死制动系统变磁阻式磁电轮速传感器及其信号特性。在此基础上提出了轮速传感器信号处理电路的要求,并设计出了由低通滤波器和迟滞比较器构成的信号处理电路。在Matlab/Simulink环境下对电路进行了仿真研究和实验研究。结果表明,设计的轮速信号处理电路工作稳定、可靠,抗干扰能力强,能满足ABS系统的要求。
【Abstract】 The variable magneto-resistance excited rotation speed sensor in automobile ABS and the signal processing was studied in this paper.Based on it,the requirement for the circuit used to process the wheel rotation speed sensor’s signal was put forward and the circuit consisting of low-pass filter plus lagging comparator was designed.The simulation results under the Matlab/Simulink environment and experiments show that the circuit is reliable and could minimize the effect of electromagnetic interference,and it can satisfy the requirement of ABS.
