汽车电动助力转向系统控制器双机容错研究
Research on Two-Machine Fault-Tolerant of Automotive Electric Power Steering System Controller
【摘要】 为提高汽车电动助力转向系统(EPS)的可靠性与安全性,提出将余度容错技术应用于EPS控制器的设计中。以两台8086CPU作为主机和备份机,组成非表决式的双机冗余系统。介绍了EPS双CPU系统的组成及功能。试验结果表明,容错控制方法克服了控制性能随使用时间的影响,并且在关键部件出现故障时可采用相应的替代措施,有效提高了系统的可靠性与安全性。
【Abstract】 In order to increase the reliability and safety of automotive electric power steering system(EPS),apply the redundant fault-tolerant technology in design of EPS controller.Take two 8086 CPU as main machine and a backup machine to compose the non-voting two-machine redundant system.The composition and function of EPS dual CPU system are introduced in this paper.The test results show that fault-tolerant control method can overcome the effect of operation time with the control capability,and can apply the proper alternative measure when the critical part have troubles,thus increase the reliability and safety of the system.
