多脉冲喷油模式的调制对柴油HCCI燃烧特性及热效率和排放的影响
The Effects of Multi-pulse Injection Mode Modulation on Characteristics,Thermal Efficiency and Emissions of Diesel HCCI Combustion
【摘要】 通过优化共轨喷油器液力参数和电磁阀高压驱动电路,改善了高压共轨系统的响应特性。进而提出了多脉冲喷油模式的调制技术,并设计了一系列调制喷油模式。预混燃烧试验结果表明,在无废气再循环(EGR)的情况下,通过多脉冲喷油模式的调制,可以控制预混合气形成过程,进而实现对HCC I燃烧过程放热位置和放热速率的控制。
【Abstract】 The response characteristics of the common rail system are improved by optimizing the hydraulic parameters of the injector and the driving circuit of its solenoid.Then the multi-pulse injection mode modulation technique is presented and a serial of modulated injection modes are designed.The test results show that without exhaust gas circulation,the mixture preparation can be changed through injection mode modulation,hence the heat release rate and the moment with 50% heat release of diesel HCCI combustion can be controlled.
