论信息资源转换
On the Information Resources Transformation
【摘要】 本文在明确信息资源转换这一基本概念的基础上,通过比较信息资源和知识资源的关系,构建了信息资源转换的理论模型和研究框架,为实现知识型组织、提升组织决策能力和效率提供了理论基础。
【Abstract】 Based on analysis of the conception of information resources transformation,this paper first compares the connection of information resources and knowledge resources.Then,this paper constructs the theory model and frame of Information Resources Transformation.
