【摘要】 随着社会经济的发展,妇女更多的参与了社会经济活动,并起着重要的作用,女性也开始追求与男性一样的权利,可是在实现中却遇到很大的阻碍。本文主要讨论了广东省职业性别隔离状况以及产生这一现象的社会经济、文化等方面的原因,并提出要消除这一问题,女性就应该重视自身的人力资本积累,转变旧的性别观念,树立新时代女性自信、自立、自强的意识。更多还原
