【摘要】 2004年,温家宝总理提出了中部崛起的战略。安徽作为中部六省中最靠近长三角的省份,有着其独特的区位、资源优势,因此,省领导提出东向发展的战略。而“皖电东送”是其中一个重要战略。论文主要分析了安徽及长三角地区用电现状,皖电东送的优势及存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了一些对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2004,Premier Wen Jia-bao put forward the strategy of the rise of central part.As the nearest province to the yangtze Delta in the six province of central part,Anhui has it’s particular advantage of district and resources.So,the leaders of Anhui province put forward the strategy of development to the eastern area."Transport the electric power from Anhui to the eastern area"is one of the important strategy.This paper analyses the current situation of electric use in Anhui and eastern area,the advantage and problem of transporting the electric power from Anhui to the eastern area.Then it puts forward some countermeasure.更多还原
