【摘要】 目的:探讨Survivin和热休克蛋白27(HSP27)在胰腺癌组织中的表达及二者的相关性。方法:用免疫组织化学法检测59例胰腺癌及癌旁组织中Survivin与HSP27的表达,比较其阳性表达率及Survivin表达与HSP27表达的关系。结果:Survivin在胰腺癌中阳性表达率为74.6%,而在癌旁组织中未见表达(P<0.01);Survivin表达与胰腺癌的分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移无相关性;HSP27在胰腺癌中的表达率为66.1%,明显高于癌旁组织22.8%(P<0.01),并且与胰腺癌的分化程度相关,但与临床分期及淋巴结转移无关;胰腺癌组织中Survivin与HSP27的表达有相关性。结论:Survivin和HSP27在胰腺癌中过度表达,提示二者在胰腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用;Survivin和HSP27通过抗凋亡机制协同参与胰腺癌的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression and relationship of Survivin and HSP27 in pancreatic carcinoma.Methods:The expressions of Survivin and HSP27 were investigated by immunohistochemistry assay in 59 cases of pancreatic cancer and tumor surrounding tissue.Results:The expression rate of Survivin in pancreatic cancer was 74.6%.And Survivin didn’t experss in tumor surrounding tissue.There was no relationship between the expression of Survivin and the histological differentiation,clinical staging,and lymph node metastasis of pancreatic cancer.The expression rate of HSP 27 in pancreatic carcinoma (66.1%) was higher than that in tumor surrounding tissue(22.8%)(χ~2=20.03),(P<0.01).HSP27 expression was correlated with the differentiation of pancreatic cancer,but had no relationship with the staging or lymph node metastasis.The expression of Survivin was correlated with the expression of HSP27 in pancreatic cancer.Conclusions:[WT5"XY]Survivin and HSP27 were up-regulated in pancreatic carcinoma,which indicated that they may play an important role in the genesis and development of pancreatic cancer.Survivin and HSP27 have synergistic role in participating in the pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer.更多还原
