萝卜硫素的合成工艺研究现状
Investigation on the reaction process and advances of sulforaphane
【摘要】 萝卜硫素(1—异硫氰酸-4-甲磺酰基丁烷)是最有前途的抗癌活性物质之一,是迄今为止蔬菜中发现的抗癌活性最强的物质。能够通过抑制I型酶诱导Ⅱ型解毒酶起到抗癌作用。以下主要对萝卜硫素的抗癌机制,生产方法作详细说明。
【Abstract】 Sulforaphane[1-isothiocyanato-4-(methylsulfinyl)-butane]is considered one of the most promising anticarcinogens,shows the strongest evidence of anticarcinogentic activity among vegetables.Sulforaphane is a very potent phase II enzyme inducer that does not activate phase I enzymes.That is why sulforaphane may play an important role in cancer prevention.The paper mainly describes the mechanisms of anticarcinogentic activity and preparation methods of sulforaphane.
