鞣剂与明胶在不同条件下作用时的电化学行为跟踪研究
Study on the Electrochemistry Behavior of Tanning Agent-Gelatin in Different Conditions
【摘要】 用明胶作为生皮胶原的模拟物,使用激光粒度Zeta电位仪比较了无机鞣剂(CrCl3.6H2O)、植物鞣剂(鞣酸)和醛鞣剂(戊二醛)在不同的温度、浓度和pH条件下与明胶反应时Zeta电位的变化规律,并从明胶电化学性质的角度,对不同鞣剂的鞣制机理进行了分析。结果表明,在模拟实际鞣制的条件下,三种鞣剂与明胶的结合物表面都带正电荷,其中鞣酸与明胶的结合物所带的正电荷最高,而质子化的氨基是其正电荷的主要来源;鞣酸主要与明胶分子中的肽键结合;戊二醛与明胶作用以后,由于结合物疏水性的增大,也会导致结合物表面的正电荷增加。实验也证实了铬配离子是与明胶分子中的羧基结合。
【Abstract】 When gelatin,the model of collagen,reacted with different tanning agents such as CrCl3 6H2O,tannic acid and glutaraldehyde,its Zeta potential in different temperature,concentration and pH was investigated by Zetasizer Nano ZS series instruments.From the point of view of gelatin’s electrochemistry properties,the tanning mechanics were analyzed.Results showed that all the three kinds of tanning agent-gelatin complexes carried positive charges,the tannic acid-gelatin complex had the positive reacted charges,and the protonated amino groups were the source of the positive charge.Tannic acid reacted with the peptide linkage of gelatin molecule.Because the hydrophobicity was improved after gelatin reacted with glutaraldehyde,the positive charge on the surface of the glutaraldehyde-gelatin complex increased.Furthermore,the experiment also confirmed that chrome complex reacted with the carboxyl of gelatin.
