流动注射快速测定水样中Cr(VI)的研究
Study of Rapid Determination of Hexavalent Chromium by Flow Injection Analysis
【摘要】 就测定Cr(VI)的流动注射分光光度法和反向自动参比流动注射分光光度法从检测限、精密度等多个方面进行了比较,指出两种方法都能很好地应用于江河水的分析。反向自动参比流动注射分光光度法,能简便、快速地测定海水中的Cr(VI),适于现场实时监测,具备简便、快速、精密度好、抗干扰能力强等特点。线性范围为0~50μg/L,回收率在97.5%~102.8%之间。
【Abstract】 Flow injection analysis and reverse automatic reference flow injection analysis were compared in this article.The conclusion was both methods can be well utilized in the analysis of hexavalent chromiumin riverwater.Meanwhile,hexavalent chromiumin seawater can be detected simply by reverse automatic reference flow injection analysis.Higher anti-interference were one of its characteristics.The calibration graph was linear within 0-50 μg/L,and the recoveries of seawater samples were between 97.5% and 102.8%.
