流动注射测定水中氨氮条件的优化
The Optimization of Ammonium-nitrogen Determination Condition by flow Injection Analysis
【摘要】 采用流动注射次溴酸法测定江河水和海水中的氨氮,将其实验条件进行优化,改变氧化液的用量、进样体积等条件,可以更好提高测定的灵敏度和精确度。对方法的线性范围为5-400μg/L,检出限是2 μg/L,相对标准偏差(连续进样11次)是0.36%。
【Abstract】 Ammonium-nitrogen in seawater and estuarine water can be determined in flow injection analysis by ammonium reacts with hypo-bromate. Experiment conditions, the dosage of the oxidation solution loop volume and so on were optimized. The sensitivity and proecise of the method were improved a lot. The linear range in this condition was 5 g/L to 400 g/L. The detection limit was 2 g/L and the relative standard deviation (slope) is 0. 36% (n=11).
