【摘要】 目的为了解昆明地区泌尿生殖道人型支原体(MH)对抗生素的敏感性。方法应用支原体培养、鉴定、药敏试剂盒,对来自2001~2003年泌尿生殖道标本的52株MH进行了9种常用抗生素的敏感性测定。结果MH对米诺环素最敏感,其次为交沙霉素、多西环素、司帕沙星及克林霉素,而对阿奇霉素、罗红霉素、左旋氧氟沙星及氧氟沙星耐药。结论昆明地区泌尿生殖道MH感染者首选米诺环素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the sensitivity of Mycoplasma hominis(MH) strains from urogenital infection to antibiotics in Kunming area Method Using mycoplasma culture,identification and sensitivity testing reagent box,from 2001-2003 we analyse 52 MH strains from urogenital infection to 9 antibiotics.Results MH was most sensitive to Minocycline,and more sensitive to Josamycin,Doxycycline,Sparfloxacin and Clindamycin,while was resistant to Azithromycin,Roxithromycin,Levofloxacin and Ofloxacin.Conelusion in Kunming area,Minocycline is the first choice for the treatment of urogenital infection with MH.更多还原
