【摘要】 目的:探讨糖尿病人交感皮肤反应(SSR)的变化。方法:测定30例正常人及44例60岁以下的2型糖尿病患者手足心四个部位的SSR。结果:糖尿病患者的SSR潜伏期四肢均较正常组明显延长。与正常组比较,上肢SSR波幅筹异有显著意义,但是下肢SSR的波幅无统计学意义。下肢的SSR的异常率显著高于上肢;精尿病的病程1年内SSR即有明显的异常。结论:SSR对60岁以下的糖尿病神经病变的早期诊断是一种敏感的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the change of sympathetic skin response(SSR) in patients with 2-diabetes . Methods: SSR was measured in four positions of the center of hand palm and foot palm of 30 normal controls and 44 diabetes patients less than 60 years old . Results: The SSR’s latency of four limbs of the diabetes patients was obviously prolonged as compared with normal controls . The amplitudes of SSR of upper limps have significance between the two groups, while with the lower limbs , there are not statistical significance . The abnormality rate of SSRs in lower limbs is evidently higher than that of upper limbs . There will be very serious abnormity within one year after diabetes was found . Conclusion: SSR is a sensitive diagnosing method for the neuropathological nonage change of diabetes patients of less than sixty .更多还原
