【摘要】 目的:观察缺血性脑梗死患者的脑电图(EEG)表现,评价与其预后的关系。方法:对132 例经头颅CT证实的脑梗死患者进行EEG检查,分析其异常程度与脑梗死类型和临床预后的关系。结果:132例患者EEG正常者22例(16．7％),轻度异常者46例(34．8％),中度异常者50例(37．9％),重度异常者14(10．6％),总异常110例(83．3％);EEG正常或轻度异常主要见于腔隙性脑梗死患者,EEG 重度异常主要见于大面积脑梗死患者;EEG异常程度越重,预后越差。结论:EEG可反映脑梗死患者的脑功能状态,其异常程度有助于判断患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the characteristics of electroencephalogram (EEG) in ischemic stroke and investigate the relationship between EEG abnormalities and patients’ prognosis. Method: EEG was performed in 132 patients with ischemic stroke proved by cranial computed tomography(CT). The relationship among cerebral infraction volume,the degree of EEG abnormalities and patientsl’ prognosis were analyzed Result:Of the EEG of 132 patients envolved in the study,22(16. 7 %)was normal,46 (34. 8%)were mildly abnormal,50(37. 9%) had moderate infraction abnormalities, 14(10. 6%)had severe abnormalities. Usually the EEG was normal or mildly abnormal in patients with lacunar infarction. And the severe abnormal EEG were observed in the patients whose cerebral infarction volume was larger. The higher degree of EEG abnormality appeared,the worse prognosis was. Conclusion: The EEG is associated with cerebral function of ischemic stroke in patients. The degree of EEG abnormality is a good prognostic perdictor of ischemic stroke.更多还原
