【摘要】 目的:探讨女性癫癎患者月经周期中脑电活动变化,以按不同的生理周期合理应用抗癫 癎药物治疗提供客观依据。方法:对39例女性癫癎患者在月经周期的不同时间段行脑电图检查。结果:月经期和排卵期癎样放电频度、波幅、持续时间、慢波频段相对功率谱值均显著高于卵泡期和黄体期 (P<O．05),癎样放电潜伏期、功率谱主频率则低于卵泡期和黄体期(P<0．05)。结论:女性癫癎患者脑电图变化与体内雌、孕激素的周期性变化有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the change of EEG of women with epilepsy at menstruation cycle and offer objective according for anti-epileptic drug treatment properly to female epileptic patients at different time of menstruation cycle. Method: EEG recordings were observed at different time of menstruation cycle of 39 women. Result:The frequency,amplitude,duration of epileptiform discharges were higher at menstrual and ovulation phase than follicular and luteal phase, so did the relative power spectrum of δ and 8 hands. The main frequency band and relative power were lower at menstrual and ovulation phase than follicular and luteal phase. Conclusion:The EEG change of women with epilepsy is induced by the difference of estradiol and progestin concentration in blood at menstrual cycle.更多还原
