【摘要】 目的:探讨脑电图检查在脑死亡诊断中的价值。方法:对17例符合脑死亡临床诊断标准的患者进行脑电图检查。结果:本组17例患者中15例在首次脑电图检查时则表现为脑电静息;2例分别在12h、48h后也呈脑电静息状态。结论:脑电图检查不但为临床抢救复苏提供理论根据,也为临床脑死亡的判定提供了客观指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the value of EEG in the diagnosis of brain death. Method: EEG test was executed to 17 patients who were consistent with the clinical type of brain death. Results:Of the 17 patients, 15 cases displayed records of electrocerebral silence in the first EEG detection; 2 cases also displayed records of silence 48 and 12 hours later. Conclusions:EEG test detection can not only supply theory evidence for clinical salvage and resuscitation , but also provide the assessment of clinical brain death with objective index.更多还原
