【Abstract】 Quanlitative analysis of emamectin benzoate 30 ME was established by HPLC with Zrobax XDB C18 atUV 245nm using acetonitrile, water and triethylamine as mobile phase(pH 8.5), external standard method. The resultsshowed that the coefficient of variation and ratio of recovery were 0.56% and 99.7% respectively, the liner correlationcoefficient was 0.9999.更多还原
