安徽省油菜菌核病菌对菌核净的抗药性测定

【摘要】 对分离自安徽省合肥、太湖、灵璧、肥西等10个地区的油菜菌核病菌(Sclerotiniasclerotiorum)对菌核净的敏感性进行了测定。结果显示,菌核净对安徽省各供试菌株的质量浓度EC50值分布范围为0.1957 ̄2.7665mg/L,平均值为0.9835mg/L,均小于5mg/L,表明各供试菌株均对菌核净敏感,但各供试菌株对菌核净的敏感程度不同地区间存在较大差异。上述结果提示,安徽省油菜菌核病菌目前尚未对菌核净产生抗药性。

【Abstract】 The sensitivity to dimethachlon of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (causal agent of rapeseed stem rot) was deter-mined for isolates from 10 localities in Anhui Province, including Hefei, Taihu, Lingbi, and Feixi. Dimethachlon EC50values in controlling the tested strains ranged from 0.1957 to 2.7665mg/L, with an average of 0.9835mg/L and all EC50sbelow 5 mg/L, thereby indicating that all strains were susceptible to dimethachlon. However, dimethachlon sensitivityof the isolates varied greatly between localities. These results suggest that Sclerotinia sclerotiorum currently has notdeveloped resistance to dimethachlon in Anhui Province.
