【摘要】 采用不同浓度的广藿香的全草精油,研究其对斜纹夜蛾幼虫拒食作用。试验使用2.5～40mg/ml广藿香油分别对斜纹夜蛾幼虫进行饲喂。结果都表现出较强烈的拒食活性。在非选择性条件下处理后24h的拒食中浓度AFC50为68.88μg/ml,处理后48h的AFC50为94.40μg/ml。在选择性条件下处理后24h的拒食中浓度AFC50为36.23μg/ml。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research was conducted on the antifeedant efficacy of essential oils from whole plants of Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth in Spodoptera litura Fab caterpillars. Feeding studies included essential oil treatments of 2.5 to 40 mg/ml. Results indicated a strong antifeedant activity. Under no-choice conditions, the 24-h AFC50 (antifeedant concentration) was 68.88 μg/ml, while the 48-h AFC50 was 94.40 μg/ml. The 24-h choice AFC50 was 36.23 μg/ml.更多还原
