气相色谱法测定几种蔬菜水果中草甘膦残留

【摘要】 采用气相色谱法测定了苹果、桃、胡萝卜中草甘膦残留。通过阳离子柱净化,用三氟乙酸(TFA)、三氟乙酸酐(TFAA)和三甲基原甲酸酯(TMOA)进行衍生化反应,并在毛细管柱DB-17上分离后,ECD检测,质谱确证后,对其结果进行了分析。结果表明,该检测方法灵敏度高,最低检测限0.05mg/kg(S/N>3)。平均添加回收率苹果93%、桃89%、胡萝卜92%,变异系数分别为10%、12%、10%。

【Abstract】 Glyphosate residues in apple, peach, and carrot were determined by gas chromatography. Following cleanup of extracts on a cation exchange column, they were reacted with trifluoroacetic acid, trifluoroacetic anhydride, andtrimethyl orthoformate. Samples were separated using a DB-17 microcapillary column, followed by detection withECD and confirmation with mass spectroscopy, and analysis of results. Sensitivity of the method was high, with alimit of detection at 0.05 mg/kg (S/N>3). Mean recoveries from apple, peach, and carrot were 93, 89, and 92%, andcoefficients of variation were 10, 12, and 10%, respectively.
