绿色贸易壁垒对我国农产品的影响及对策研究——以抚顺地区农产品国际贸易情况为例

【摘要】 随着中国加入WTO,世界经济贸易一体化,全社会环境保护意识的不断增强,绿色贸易壁垒以其鲜明的时代特征日益成为国际贸易发展的主要关卡。我国是一个发展中的农业大国,农业生产在国民经济中占有很大比重。绿色贸易壁垒的逐渐形成对我国农业产品出口造成很大影响。本文以地区为例,对我国农产品出口遭受绿色贸易壁垒阻碍的原因进行了分析与综合,在此基础上提出了一些政策建议,旨在降低绿色贸易壁垒对现行我国农业的不利影响,建设绿色防线,并推动我国农业朝着可持续性的绿色农业方向发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with China join WTO,the world economy trade integral whole turn,and the whole social environment protection realize of strengthen continuously,the green trade barrier becomes the main toll-gate of the international trade by its fresh and clear ages characteristic.Our country is a big country in agriculture,the agriculture produces in the national economy occupy very big specific proportion.The gradual formation of the green trade barrier influence very greatly to our country’s agricultural product export.This text takes region as an example,carry on analytical and comprehensive to our country’s agricultural product export which suffered baffling reason of green trade barrier,put forward some policy suggestion on this foundation,so as to reduce the disadvantageous influence to our current country’s agriculture caused by green trade barrier,construct green defense line,and push our country’s agriculture to sustained green agriculture.更多还原
