【摘要】 在村镇建设中土地利用存在的问题有:观念、空心村、非法占有土地等问题。本文对这些问题进行分析,提出在村镇建设中应采取转变思想观念,大力宣传本地法规知识,坚强村镇建设;村镇适当集中建设;住宅向多层发展;加强在村镇规划实施和管理等对策措施,从而达到合理利用和保护土地的目的,促进城镇土地集约利用和持续发展。更多还原
