【Abstract】 Bacillus thuringiensis, as an important bio-pesticide, is developed greatly in output and sale volume. The fermentation technology is the key step in Bt’s industrial production. Solid state fermentation is replacing submerged fermentation gradually because of its great advantage. In the paper, fermentation conditions, which affect solid state fermentation, are reviewed with 21 references.更多还原
