新型水稻田除草剂SIOC0171的作用特性研究
Study on Herbicidal Characteristics of Novel Herbicide SIOC0171 in Paddy
【摘要】 为了明确新型除草剂SIOC0171的作用特性,本文采用常规生测方法对该药剂的吸收传导性、环境温度对除草活性的影响、施药适期和后茬作物安全性等进行研究。结果表明,SIOC0171可以通过胚芽、胚根、根、茎、叶各部位吸收进入植物体内,除叶片和芽吸收后向下传导性弱外,其他部位吸收后均能在植物体内上下传导;在15~35℃环境温度条件下,温度变化对药效影响较小;施药适期为水稻5叶期以上,杂草1~4叶期;同时发现,当土壤中药剂残留量小于0.002mg/kg时对后茬作物油菜安全,小于0.01mg/kg时对小麦安全。
【Abstract】 Biological tests of the absorption and translocation,environment temperture effect on bioactivity,the application timing and safety to following crops were carried out by the conventional bioassay methods in order to demonstrate the active characteristics of novel herbicide SIOC0171 in paddy. The results showed that SIOC0171 was taken up by buds,radicles,leaves,roots and stems?It was mainly translocated in plant bidirectionally when it was taken up by radicles,leaves,roots and stems. SIOC0171 kept good efficacy at environment temperature from 15 to 35℃. In addition,the application timing was from 1 to 4-leaf stage of the susceptive weeds,and more than 5-leaf stage of rice. Furthermore,The herbicide was safe to following crops oilseed rape with residual rate of less than 0.002mg/kg,and safe to wheat with residual rate of less than 0.01mg/kg.
