【摘要】 在DF-1.5型物料脱粒分离、清选仿真与控制试验台上对联合收获机的喂入量测量方法进行了试验研究,提出了通过测量喂入主动轴的扭矩,从而间接测定联合收获机的喂入量的方法。在分析了喂入主动轴扭矩与喂入量之间数学关系的基础上,通过试验获得喂入主动轴扭矩和与之对应的喂入量值,得出了喂入量与喂入主动轴扭矩之间回归方程式,为联合收获机喂入量的测量提供了试验和理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 An experimental investigation about the feeding quantity of a combine harvester on the experimental platform of threshing, separating, cleaning, simulation and control of the type DF-1.5 has been done, an indirect way to determine the feeding quantity of a combine harvester by measuring the torque of driving shaft was put forward. Based on the analysis of mathematic relation between torque and feeding, a regression equation of the feeding quantity and the torque of feeding driving shaft was established with the value of driving shaft torque and corresponding feeding quantity that gained by the experimentation. Foundation of experimentation and theory for measuring the feeding quantity of a combine harvester has been provided.更多还原
