萌动小麦重力分选效果的试验
Gravity Separated Effect for Protruded Wheat Grains
【摘要】 模拟田间小麦籽粒受雨害情况,培养了不同萌动时间的小麦籽粒,培养时间分别为8h、16h和24h,3个培养时间段的小麦籽粒分别以整体混合比例45%和24%与未萌动籽粒混合进行重力分选试验。结果表明,3个培养时间段的小麦籽粒以一定混合比例与未萌动籽粒混合后,重力分选效果与各培养时间段的混合比例及培养时间有关,培养时间越长,分选效果越好;混合比例越小,分选效果的趋势越好,但效率将越低。对萌动小麦进行二次重力分选的试验表明,二次重力分选仍然具有分选效果,但各口分选效果有差异。从各分选口获选率结果分析表明,各种分选情况下各口分选物的获选率基本一致。
【Abstract】 According to the principle of gravity separator, experimental wheat grains were processed as the object. Wheat grains were cultivated with different protruding time 8 h, 16 h and 24 h by simulating condition of wheat grains to be rained in field. Then they were mixed with non-protruded grains for gravity separation. Experimental results show that protruding time and mixing ratio have great effect on gravity separation, the longer the protruded time, the better the separation effect, the less the mixing ratio, the better the separating effect trend, but the less the separation efficiency. This research will be helpful in instructing practical production.
