甘草起苗机的设计与试验

【摘要】 简述了甘草起苗机的基本结构并对起苗铲的结构参数进行了试验分析,确定其挖掘深度为400mm,入土角为8°。通过拖拉机牵引阻力试验,确定了机组整体的前进阻力,并计算出机组的功率消耗,为合理配套动力提供依据。

【Abstract】 A new type of machine was designed that would be used to pick up the liquorice. This machine with simple structure would play an important role in the practice. Basic structure of the machine was introduced, the parameters of the key components were analyzed and optimized through experiment. In order to ensure working performance of the digger working, the depth of digging was adopted for 400 mm and the angle of getting into the soil was set for 8°.The damage to the liquorices was limited under 6%, through the traction experiment of the tractor, the power consumption of the work team was calculated, according to which rational power was provided. Further more, shortcoming of the plow that was used at the present time was pointed out by comparing the plow with the liquorice digger.
