叶片泵过渡曲线辨识问题研究

【摘要】 以35VQ型高压叶片泵定子内曲线检测离散数值序列为例,探讨用最小二乘法拟合辨识理论过渡曲线时出现的问题及其解决办法,如:残差对称分布残差平方和近似相等的两种理论过渡曲线难以区分、理论过渡曲线位置失真、切削方向无法确定等。对大圆弧包角β1的取值提出了新的看法。

【Abstract】 Took the detected discrete data numerical sequence as an example, arisen problems and the solutions were discussed in identifying theoretical curves with the method of the least square. It was difficult to differentiate two types of theoretical transition curves whose residual error was distributed symmetrically and its quadratic sum were equal approximately, the position of theoretical transition curve was anamorphic, cutting direction could not be confirmed and etc. The new option about wrap angle β1 of long arc was put forward.
