【摘要】 石油安全对中国已形成巨大挑战,而发展石油替代燃料特别是生物燃油,将是主要的选择之一。新农村建设已成为中国经济和社会发展的一项重大战略方向,而新农村建设有赖于新型产业建设的支持。中国能源农业和能源林业的诞生和发展正是基于这两大背景。本文分析了中国能源农业、能源林业的现状及其突出的能源、环境、经济效益,特别是对新农村建设的重要意义。最后就中国能源农林业发展的三个主要方面提出了战略思路,分别是技术研发战略、产业发展战略和土地利用战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The security of oil has been faced with challenge.Development of the alternative fuel,especially biomass fuel,is one of the main approaches to Chinese oil security.New rural construction is a long-term strategic guideline for the development of Chinese economy and society,while it depends on the construction and development of new industries.Based on these two background,Chinese energyoriented agriculture and energy-oriented forestry got more and more provenances.The article analyzes the current status and 3E(energy,environment and economy) impacts of energy-oriented agriculture and energy-oriented forestry.Finally,some ideas are put forward about the strategies of technology R&D,industrial development and sustainable land resource usage.更多还原
