【摘要】 随着信息技术的快速发展,智能系统在葡萄与葡萄酒产业中得到了不断研究与应用。通过对国内外智能系统在葡萄与葡萄酒生产中的研究应用分析,阐明了智能系统的概念、相关技术及开发方式,重点概述了其在葡萄的品种鉴定、栽培管理、病虫害管理和葡萄酒的工艺决策、检测与分级、品尝与酒窖管理、酒厂资源管理中的应用现状及存在问题,分析了智能系统在葡萄与葡萄酒产业中应用需进一步研究的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of Information Technology,many researches and applications of intelligent(system) have been made in the industry of grape and wine.Having investigated references and research data at home and abroad,the concept,relative technique and development methods of intelligent system were introduced in this paper.The current research situation and application of intelligent system in the grape varieties identifying,management of viticulture, prevention and control of diseases and pests,enology decision-making,analyzing and classifying,wine tasting and cellar management,winery resource management were introduced in details.The problems of intelligent system in grape and wine industry were reviewed.更多还原
