灰粒冲击换热器管壁碰撞与磨损的数值研究
Numerical study on impaction and erosion between coal ash and heat exchanger wall
【摘要】 采用直接数值模拟方法对灰粒与受热面管壁的碰撞和磨损问题进行了数值计算,结果表明灰粒尺寸是影响碰撞频率和磨损率的一个主要因素。随着粒径的增大,灰粒与壁面的碰撞频率及磨损率都呈指数增长。当灰粒的冲击角度为20°左右时,灰粒对壁面的磨损量最大。
【Abstract】 The characteristic of impaction and erosion between coal ash and heat exchanger wall was studied by direct numerical simulation.The result showed that the diameter of coal ash was an important factor to collision frequency and wear rate.With the increase of diameter of particle,the collision frequency and wear rate assumed exponential growth.The abrasion loss of surface was the biggest when the impact angle of coal ash was 20℃.
