【摘要】 目的分析宁夏1991-2005年鼠疫监测资料及宁夏鼠疫流行病学特征,提出预防控制鼠疫对策。方法采用描述流行病学方法,运用SPSS统计学软件进行统计、分析、评价。结果15年来我区阿拉善黄鼠疫源地和长爪沙鼠疫源地主要宿主密度呈上升的趋势,阿拉善黄鼠平均鼠密度为0.74-1.76只/公顷,长爪沙鼠平均鼠密度为0.10-5.90只/公顷;黄鼠疫源地平均染蚤率在38.01%-59.00%之间,蚤指数在0.95-2.36之间,处于较高的水平;疫源地有6年次存在鼠间鼠疫明显流行,沙鼠疫源地有3年次发生动物鼠疫猛烈流行;我区动物鼠疫活跃流行与鼠密度增高有密切关系。结论宁夏动物鼠疫将继续间断流行。为预防控制人类鼠疫,仍应坚持以鼠疫监测、灭鼠灭蚤、宣传教育、联防等为主的综合防治措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the plague monitoring data and epidemiological characteristics from 1991 to 2005 in Ningxia,and provide the strategy for plague prevention and control.Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods and SPSS statistical software were used for statistics,analysis and evaluation.Results The density of main host in the S.alaschanicus and M.unguiculatus focuses showed an increased trend during these 15 years in Ningxia.The average rat density of S.alaschanicus maximized 0.74-1.76/ha,while the average rat density of M.unguiculatus was 0.1-5.9/ha;the average flea infectious rate of Alaschanicus focus was 38.01%-59.00% and flea index was 0.95-(2.36,) at the higher level;There were 6 times of obvious epidemic prevalence among rats in and 3 times of pandemic prevalence among animals in Alaschanicus focus;The active epidemic prevalence among animals related to the high rat density.Conclusion The plague among the animal in Ningxia will be prevail at intervals,in order to control and prevent the plague,the main continuous general measures,such as plague monitoring, rat and flea eradication,educational diffusion and provincial(autonomous regional) joint defense,must be insisted on.更多还原
