【摘要】 目的探讨中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶酶(ALP)染色在血液病诊断中的应用价值。方法利用改良的偶氮偶联(Pearse)法对116例血液病患者进行中性粒细胞ALP染色、阳性率积分并进行判断分析。结果中性粒细胞ALP染色在急性髓细胞白血病、慢性粒细胞白血病中ALP积分均低于正常,而在急性淋巴细胞白血病、再生障碍性贫血、真性红细胞增多症、细菌感染性疾病中ALP积分均高于正常。并显示对照组阳性率、积分与慢性粒细胞白血病阳性率、积分比较P<0.01,与感染性疾病阳性率、积分比较P<0.01。结论中性粒细胞ALP染色在某些血液病的诊断、鉴别诊断和疗效观察中有重要的的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the significance of allkaline phosphatase(ALP) staining in clinical characterization of hemtonosis.Methods Fresh peripheral blood smear obtained from 116 cases of blood disease,were examined by improved ALP staining,and the results were analysed by positive ratio score.Results The ALP scores of AML and CML were lower than the scores of the control,and yet the ALP scores of ALL,aplastic anemia,Polarthenua Vera and bacterium infectious disease were higher than the scores of the control.The results also showed significant differences between AML and ALL(P<0.01) and between leukaemoid reaction and CML(P<0.01).Conclusion It is significance using alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in diagnosis,distinguish diagnosis and curative effect.更多还原
