【摘要】 目的总结旋前外旋型骨折切开复位内固定的手术方法和疗效。方法手术治疗旋前外旋型踝关节骨折46例,男29例,女17例;年龄20-75岁,平均38岁;右侧30例,左侧16例。Ⅱ度(Tillux骨折)5例;Ⅲ度(Masonneuve骨折)22例;Ⅳ度19例。整复固定的顺序是外踝、内踝、下胫腓联合和后踝。所有患者均采用切开复位内固定治疗,受伤距手术时间最短时间2小时,最长时间35天。结果本组46例,最短随访6个月,最长随访3年4个月,平均随访2年。骨折全部愈合,愈合时间为10-16周,优良40例,可4例,差2例,优良率86.96%。结论早期手术治疗踝关节骨折可以获得满意的骨折复位和临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluated the surgical techniques and clinical effects of open reduction and internal fixation performed for pronation ankle fracture.Methods 46 patients with pronation ankle fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation from June 2002 to December 2005,including 29 males and 17 females with an average of 38 years(20-75 years).46 patients with photograph of in-patient time were analyzed.According to Lauge-Hansen classification,the fracture was classified as 5 two-degree fracture(Tillux fracture),22 three-degree fracture(Masonneuve fracture) and 22 four-degree fractures.The time from injury to operation was 2 hours to 35 days.Results The followed up period varied from 6 months to 36 months,with an average of 24 months.All patients were evaluated with Qi bin’s standard.The number of patients whose results was excellent and good,fair and poor was respectively 40 cases,4 cases and 2 cases.The total percentage of good to excellent clinical effects was 86.96%,no traumatic arthrosis was occurred.Conclusion Early surgical treatment may provide satisfactory fracture reduction and clinical results for ankle fracture.更多还原
