【摘要】 目的探讨早期干预对HIE患儿预后的影响。方法将76例HIE患儿分为两组,干预组早期进行药物、高压氧、营养和康复治疗综合干预,对照组常规育儿。两组定期进行体格检查和智测。结果在临床和CT分度及生活环境无明显差异的情况下,中、重度HIE患儿干预组在6、12、18个月时,体格发育和对照组相比有明显差异(P<0.05),18个月时大运动、精细运动、应物能、言语能和应人能各能区发育商比对照组分别高20.70、17.43、22.70、17.00和25.50分,有显著性差异。结论早期干预能有效地促进HIE患儿的体格和智能发育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the impact of early intervention on prognosis of neonates with HIE.Methods The 76 patients with HIE as a whole was divided into two groups,the intervened group with early integrated treatment and intervention by the use of medicine,high pressured oxygen,nutrition and rehabilitation training,the control group was not given the intervention and treatment the both groups regularly received physical examinations and intellectual tests.Results Under the condition of no significant differences in between clinic,CT classification of severity and living environment,there were significant difference(P<0.05) in physical development between the moderate and severe children cases of HIE and control group when they were in their ages of 6th,12th and 18th months individually.For the intervened group,when they were in their 18th months,the mental development quotients in the different aspects of general exercise,precision exercise,the mental ability of response to object,the ability of language expression and the ability of response to people were 20.7,17.43,22.7,17.00 and 25.50 points higher respectively against control group,the difference was significant.Conclusion Early intervention can effectively promote the physical and mental development of HIE children.更多还原
