【摘要】 目的观察奥沙利铂(L-OHP)联合亚叶酸钙(CF)和5-氟脲嘧啶(5-FU)持续44小时静脉滴注(双周疗法)治疗晚期结直肠癌近期疗效和毒性。方法46例结直肠癌患者,均为复发转移不能切除且有可测量病灶。奥沙利铂、CF、5-FU联合用药,2周重复,3-4周期后评价疗效。结果46例患者中完全缓解(CR)5例,部分缓解(PR)15例,近期总有效率(CR+PR)43.48%,不良反应主要为白细胞减少占45.7%,腹泻发生率43.5%;突出的毒性反应是奥沙利铂引起的外周神经感觉异常,发生率67.4%。结论国产奥沙利铂联合5-FU和CF持续静滴方案治疗晚期结直肠癌近期疗效较高,毒副反应小,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and toxicity of Oxaliplatin(L-OHP) plus Leucovorin and 5-Fluorourail continuous infusion 44 hours(therapy of double cycles) in treatment of the patients of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods 46 patients with advanced colorectal cancer of impossible ablated recrudescent metastases which could measurable. Drip- injecting, L-OHP,CF and 5-FU were used and were repeated every two weeks.Results In 46 patients with measurable estimative focuses 5 case were CR,15 case were in PR. The effective rate in near time (CR+PR) was 43.5%. The main side were non-nasality catarrh ( 19.6%), diarrhoea(43.5%) and leukopenia (45.7%).The obvious side effect was sensory neuritis(67.4%), which was caused by L-OHP.Conclusion L-OHP, CF and 5-Fu dripping of vein lasting chemotherapy regimen is effective and cheap in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer .The toxicity is mild.It is deserved to be spreaded and applicated.更多还原
