【摘要】 目的研究脑电图(EEG)和磁共振成像(MRI)在病毒性脑炎的早期诊断和预后评价中的价值。方法对临床确诊的52例病毒性脑炎的EEG和MRI表现进行观察。结果1周内EEG异常率92.3%;双侧θ波节律者预后较好;电静息及爆发棘慢波间断电静息者可能预示临床死亡;MRI1周内阳性率61.5%;MRI动态改变与临床表现不一致。结论MRI有助于病毒性脑炎的诊断;EEG对早期诊断及预后评价优于MRI。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of electroencephalography (EEG) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the early diagnosis and prognosis of virus encephalitis.Methods The EEG and MRI in 52 patients with virus encephalitis were observed at the first time of hospitalization.Results EEG was abnormal in 92.3% patient’s within7days. The patients with bilateral θwave rhythm might have nice prognosis. Patients with focal epileptic waves had epileptic sequel. Bioccipital electrical silence, one-side electrical silence and bursting spike, and slow-wave-interrupted electrical silence indicated the probability of clinical death. The MRI showed abnormalities in 32 patients including multiple or single lesions. The positive rate was 61.5% within 7 days.Conclusion The MRI is useful for clinical diagnosis of virus encephalitis. The EEG in acute stage is superior to MRI in diagnosis and prognosis of virus encephalitis.更多还原
