【摘要】 目的探讨冠状动脉造影(CAG)正常的胸痛患者进行病因、临床特点分析及发病机理。方法对被疑为和(或)临床诊断为冠心病患者进行CAG检查,对检查结果正常的病例进行回顾性分析。结果CAG检查的809例患者中,CAG正常的胸痛患者共有130例(占16.07%),临床确诊为高血压病61例,心脏神经症19例,冠心病心绞痛11例。结论CAG正常的胸痛患者不能排除冠心病,仍需结合临床症状及其它实验室检查等综合分析,但CAG正常者绝大多数都见于非冠心病患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and pathogenic factors and explore mechanism in the chest pain patients with normal selective coronary angiography.Methods To review the cases that were doubted or diagnosed as coronary heart disease in clinic with normal selective coronary angiography.Results 130 patients with normal result were enrolled from 809 patient who received the check by selective corornary angiography.diagnose: hypertension 61 case,cardiac neurosis 19 cases,angina 11 cases.Conclusion A majority of cases with normal selective coronary are not coronary heart disease.更多还原
