【摘要】 目的了解银川市社区高血压患者的知晓率、治疗率和控制率,为高血压社区综合防治提供必要的信息。方法采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,随机抽取银川市41所社区服务站(中心)中的18所所辖的居民区中年龄大于30岁的居民为调查对象。按1999年《中国高血压防治指南》的诊断标准,共筛检出高血压患者971名进行问卷调查。结果银川市高血压的知晓率为68.9%,治疗率为51.0%,控制率为20.7%,与本地区农村“三率”水平相比较高,说明我市在高血压防治方面取得了一定成果。结论虽然我市高血压知晓率和治疗率较高,但控制率仍处于较低水平,应继续加强高血压的社区综合防治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the awareness,current status and control of hypertension in order to provide information for the prevention of hypertension.Methods The residents in 18 community health cares YinChuan NingXia Provinc by sampled randomly and screened 971 patients who were interviewed by investigators.Results in all the patients,the Percentages of awareness was 68.9%,the Percentages of take medication was 51.0%,the control percentages of hypertension was 20.7%,all of them were higher than those of rural communities,which indicated the prevention and control of hypertension Yinchuan,NingXia Province has gained some progress. Conclusion although the Percentages of awareness and the Percentages of take medication were high,the control percentages of hypertension was still low,Wo should empower the prevention and control of hypertension in communities.更多还原
