【摘要】 目的探讨卒中重症监护单元的模式、实施和治疗效果。方法2004年4月-2005年3月间首次发病7天内的脑梗死或脑出血患者,在卒中重症监护单元中进行规范化治疗的68例患者为治疗组,以2003年4月-2004年3月同条件的脑梗死或脑出血患者在普通病房传统治疗的62例患者为对照组,进行不良结局和死亡率的比较。结果卒中重症监护单元不良结局患者数治疗组17例(25.9%),对照组29例(46.8%),P<0.05,卒中重症监护单元能明显降低患者的并发症,以呼吸道感染率减低更明显。治疗组住院期间病死率为4.4%,对照组为16.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卒中重症监护单元中治疗脑卒中能显著减少不良结局和死亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mode,execution and effect of the stroke intensive care unit.Methods The treatment group patients were 68.They were hospitalized from April 2004 to March 2005 with strokes.These patients were treated in the stroke intensive care unit.The control group consisted of 62 patients.They were hospitalized from April 2003 to March 2004 with strokes and the control group patients were treated in traditional ordinary wards.To compare the mortality and complications of the two groups.Results The mortality of the control group was16.1% and the mortality of the treatment group was 4.4% with significant statistical meaning(P<0.05).The negative results of the control group was 46.7% and negative results of the treatment group was 25.9% with significant statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment for acute stroke using the stroke intensive care unit can decrease the mortality and negative results such as infection of respiratory tract and other complications.更多还原
