【摘要】 目的探讨输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石治患者43例,其中2例为ESWL后输尿管石街形成。结果43例中,一次性碎石成功40例,占93.1%,碎石失败3例,占6.9%。其中2例输尿管上段结石移位至肾盂,留置双J管后ESWL治愈。无输尿管穿孔,1例进镜失败者改行开放手术治愈。结论输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石具有微创、安全、效果好等优点,可作为中下段结石的首选治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect Holmium laser on the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods 43cases of ureteral calculi were treated with ureteroscope Holmium laser lithotripsy.There were 2 cases of uretera1 stone steps after ESWL.Results 43cases of ureteral stones were treated by ureteroscopic lithotriphy,of which 93.1%(40/43) were fragmented on the first treatment session and 6.9%(3/43) were unsuccessful.2 of the upper ureteral calculi was moved to renalpelvic and cured by ESWL after the double-J tube was placed.(Conclusion)Treatment of ureteral calculi by ureteroscope Holminm laser lithotripsy has been less invasive,safe and effective,and should be the first choice to patients with middle and low ureteral stones.更多还原
