La对Cd胁迫下玉米幼苗生长与膜脂过氧化影响

【摘要】 以水培法研究重金属Cd对玉米幼苗的胁迫伤害及稀土La对Cd伤害的缓解作用。实验结果表明,在Cd胁迫伤害下,玉米幼苗的生长受到抑制。主要表现为株高、主根长下降,叶面积锐减,茎、叶、根的鲜重以及干重明显下降;同时叶绿素含量下降,丙二醛与超氧阴离子含量、质膜透性及CAT活性增加。随着Cd胁迫浓度的增加,玉米幼苗受伤害程度趋向严重;在玉米幼苗上喷施适量浓度LaCl3(20 mg/L)能缓解Cd时玉米幼苗生长与膜脂过氧化造成的伤害。图2,表3,参9。

【Abstract】 Effect of La on the growth and membrane lipid peroxidation of corn seedling under Cd stress was studied with hydroponics in labora- tory condition.The results showed that corn seedling was harmed by Cd2+,and its height,main root became shorter,leaf area turned smaller, fresh and dry weight of leaf,stem and root decreased.At the same time the Chl declined while the MDA content,O2-·content,membrane per- meability and CAT increased.And with higher concentration of Cd2+,the injury became more serious.Application of 20mg/L La on com seedlings obviously alleviated the damage from Cd stress.
