活性白土活化工艺及性能的研究
【摘要】 以钙基膨润土为原料,以硫酸为活化剂,利用正交实验对活性白土制备生产工艺进行了研究,并根据活化产物的性能确定了活化的最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明,影响活性白土脱色率的主要因素为酸度、液固比、温度和活化时间。在最佳工艺条件下,活化白土的脱色率可以达到90%以上。
【Abstract】 Under orthogonal test, the production technology of activated clay was prepared by using Ca - bentonite as the starting materials and sulfuric acid as activator. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows; the main factors which affect the decolouring ratio were acid con centration, solid - liquid ratio , temperature and activation time. Under this condition, the decolouring ratio of activated clay is up to 90%.
