过渡金属络合物及分子筛催化环己烷氧化研究
Review on oxidation of cyclohexane catalyzed by transition metal complexes and molecular sieves
【摘要】 阐述了近年来以H 2O2或分子氧为绿色氧源过渡金属配合物模拟酶催化剂,包括模拟细胞色素P450催化剂、模拟甲烷单加氧酶催化剂、Gif体系和其他配合物催化剂,及分子筛催化剂催化环己烷氧化的进展情况.通过比较不同催化体系的优缺点,结果表明———金属配合物模拟酶催化剂虽然具有催化效率高、产物的选择性好及氧化剂的利用率高等优点,但催化剂难以回收,容易造成对设备的腐蚀;分子筛催化剂虽然具有较高的稳定性,但和金属配合物模拟酶催化剂相比,其催化效率较低,且在反应过程中金属流失较为普遍,而且由于受其孔径大小的限制,对底物的适应性较差.
【Abstract】 Developments on catalytic oxidation of cyclohexane with O2 or H2O2 catalyzed by transition metal complex catalysts including mimic cytochrome P450 and methane monooxygenase catalysts,Gif system and other complexes,molecular sieves catalysts as well as,were mainly reviewed in this paper.By comparing different kinds of catalytic systems,it is concluded that,in general,metal complex catalysts contain advantages of high catalytic efficiency,products selectivities and oxidants efficiency but suffer from difficult recycling and the resulting erosion and pollution.Compared with metal complex catalysts,molecular sieves catalysts have higher stability but are limited to low catalytic efficiency,metal losing during the reaction,restricted pore sizes and the resulting rigid selectivities to the substrates.From both economic and environmental aspects,the development of " green" and " atom economic" catalytic systems with higher efficiency and selectivity are desired.
