电容器用钽粉的高比容化

【摘要】 简要地叙述了固体钽电解电容器高比容化、小型化趋势和生产高比容钽粉的方法.目前,1.5×104(μF.V)/g的高比容钽粉被小批量地使用,比容为(20~25)×104(F.V)/g的高比容钽粉正在开发中;宁夏东方钽业开发的(8~15)×104(μF.V)/g钽粉的含Fe、Ni和Cr的总量在25×10-6以下,Na含量低于5×10-6.钽粉是多孔的球形团聚颗粒,且具有很好的流动性,有合适的松装密度,粒径>180μm和<44μm的细粉含量少,比容高,直流漏电流低.这些钽粉可以满足制造钽缩小壳号的固体电解电容器,如一电容器厂家用FTW 100K钽粉制作的P壳号10V—15μF无引线模塑片状电容器,等效串联电阻(ESR)是行业中同型号电容器最低的,在100Hz下,它的ESR=3.5~5Ω,比市场上的其他电容器的平均水平低20%~40%.

【Abstract】 The trend of high CV and miniaturization of solid tantalum electrolytic capacitors and the progress of high CV tantalum powder were briefly described.the high CV tantalum powder of 15 000(μ F· V)/g had been used to manufacture solid tantalum electrolytic capacitors in small volume at the present time in the world,and the 20 000~ 25 000(μ F· V)/g tantalum powders are developing.The 80 000~ 15 000(μ F· V)/g tantalum powders developed by Ningxia Orient Tantalum Industry Co.Ltd.have lower than 25 ppm of total contents of Fe,Ni and Cr,and less than 5ppm of content of Na.The powders are comprised of porous spherical agglomerated particles.The powders have excellent flowability,suitable Scott bulk density and low fractions of the + 80 mesh coarse particles and-325 mesh fine particles,and high CV and low DC leakage.These high CV powders can meet the requirements of manufacturing the solid tantalum electrolytic capacitors with reduced cakes.The P case 10 V-15 μ F moulded leadless chip solid tantalum electrolytic capacitor manufactured from FTW100 powder in a capacitor manufactory features the industry’s lowest equivalent series resistance(ESR) rating for its compact size.The ESR values,all between 20% and 40% lower than other devices on the market,range from 3.5 to 5 ohms at 100 kHz.
