【Abstract】 There are a lot of reports about the neuroprotection of mild hypothermia in the acute phase brain injury of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. There are many mechanisms of brain damage involving in the development of brain damage in the acute phase of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. Mild hypothermia can protect against various brain damages in the early stage of cerebral infarction.
